The previous sole member of the Executive Board, Manfred Danner, will leave the Executive Board of Mountain Alliance AG by mutual agreement at the end of December 31, 2023. The Supervisory Board has appointed Dr. Hans Ulrich Tetzner as the new sole member of the Management Board with effect from 01.01.2024.
