The Company has today received notification from Condigit Consult GmbH, ("Condigit") a company 100% owned by Maximilian Ardelt, a director of getmobile, that it acquired 66,000 Stg£10p ordinary shares of the Company ("Shares") on 10 February 2010 at a price of €1.515.
Following this purchase, and including a total of 73,100 Shares held via Condigit, Maximilian Ardelt now owns 159,680 Shares representing 1.69% of the Company's Share Capital.
